At Physique Results, we have a seriously badass culture in our gym. The members all know each other, support each other, and push each other.
Quite frankly, a lot of prospects out there are just looking for a "free workout" with no intention of committing to a results-oriented program for the long haul. Those people put a serious drag on the energy in our gym, and take time away from the members that are there to actually achieve something.
Because of that, we require everyone to go through a short application process. The application is designed to weed out the tire-kickers from the people who are legitimately looking for help.
Thanks to our application-only gym, our atmosphere is much better for the people we care about most: our members and our coaches.

Our programs are so effective, you can get great results with only 3 workouts per week at our facility. No longer allow "time" to be the reason that you don't look after your health and physique.
Additionally, our personal training in Mesa is set up to give you all the habits you need for success, and includes accountability checks throughout the entire program. Combine that with Mesa personal trainers who will always be looking after you and members that want to see you at their next workout, and you'll be sure to stick with it and get the body you're looking for.
Most of our members started out of shape and will never look down on your for being where they once were. On top of that, we always have so many new people applying that there will probably be several other new members who need to get in shape right there with you.
The Physique Results program has worked for everyone who has followed it. Obviously it won't work too well if you don't follow it, but that's why we make it surprisingly simple and sustainable--we want you to succeed!

What does your schedule look like?
We have numerous time slots for Mesa Personal Training available, starting at 9am all the way until 8pm Monday-friday, and from 12-5pm on Saturday. In order to give our Mesa personal trainers a break, we are closed on Sundays.
What if I am currently out of shape?
We have modifications for each exercise to make sure that all workouts are appropriately scaled to your current fitness level.
